DENMARK - Tivoli Gardens

Second or third (depending on who you listen to) oldest continually operating amusement park in the world. (175+ years)

Right downtown. The thing that makes it so special is people of all ages go there - a lot of old people - and all of a sudden

you realize they all probably went there as kids! The new kids and parents are keeping the tradition alive.

We were there durng the Horticulture show ergo the 'celery shoes'.

NORWAY - Saw more Teslas in 2 days in Oslo than I had seen in my life before that. Norway has $1.2 trillion in oil money stockpiled.

They spend it on boring tunnels and providing for their citizens. (Democratic Socialism)

When the drilling rights were split up they could have done it by sea AREA or sea VOLUME. Measuring equal volume was a lot more difficult and expensive than area.

They did it by area and Norway got the corner that had all the oil. If they had done it by volume Denmark would have gotten it.

Nobel Peace prize is given in Norway because they felt it was less militaristic than Sweden. The other Nobels are given in Sweden.

I went with Lillehammer (olympic ski jump) for pictures to show how fast the weather can change. Second picture was taken 1 minute after the first.

SWEDEN - Of all the things in Sweden, including the Nobel prize hall, the 'Stockholm syndrome' bank, THE ABBA MUSEUM and the Vasa (ship) museum -

I went with this. In Canada, Mexico, U.S. we run across the border to get cheaper gas, alcohol, etc. At the Norway, Sweden border there's this.

About half the size of a Target or a Walmart and FULL of candy!
